Beautiful translation Kiran! Many Sanskrit words do not have an equivalent English word but you have done an excellent job within those limitations!
For example, Vande can be worship, adore, pay homage, prostrate etc etc depending on the context of usage. Even Mahendra Singh Dhoni is "Praise-Worthy" but not "worshippable". There are demigods like Indra who are also worshipable but he is not the end. So, the real meaning of vande here is the the "ultimate" object of worship or praise!
Again, sadaanandam - the EVERY BLISSFUL. He is BLISS HIMSELF; the absolute eternal BLISS. He is not just Happy but He is happiness Himself, Bliss personified.
Vaasudevam - this is summarized in vaasanad vaasudevasya vaasitam bhuvanatrayam sarva bhuta nivasOsi vasdeva namostute! He is Vaasudeva not just because He incarnated as the Son of Vasudeva but because He resides within and without everything and is the cause and effect of everything that lives, moves, and stays.

This is why, every great is accompanied with commentary by the great ones. Translations are wonderful, beautiful, and needed as a quick reference but each of these words or verses are worth spending years in contemplation.

I think you are right in stating it worship rather than praise-worthy. Example of MS Dhoni was apt.
And you are right in stating "Vaasudeva is not because he is son of Vasudeva"
I wanted to emphasize the fact that GOD incarnates in human form.
I think the Sloka for Vasudeva is from Vishnu Sahasranama right?

I felt Vyaasa Maharishi gave a representation for Vaasudeva: Son of Vasu deva"
Can you throw some light on Vaasudeva, Vaasanad and Vaasitam?
Because,
Vaasanad means one in which there is dwelling.
So, does it not mean that Vaasudeva and Vaasanad are different?
I hope my query is right..!!!!
